Recommended Purpose

1. Helps prevent symptoms of lactose intolerance including bloating gas, flatulence, pain, cramping, and diarrhoea.
2. Assists in the digestion of lactose present in milk products ( dairy foods, milk)

Recommended dosage (Adults)

• 1-2 capsules immediately before consuming dairy products or any food containing lactose
• For high lactose in the food or for severe lactose intolerance, may need 2 capsules at a time but no more than 2.
• Lactase enzyme must be taken each time one eats a lactose containing food. It only works on the food just eaten.
• Lactase enzyme does not stay in the body and must be taken at each meal or snacks containing dairy products.
